Cancellations are allowed up to 5 hours before appointment is scheduled by call or text message. There’s a grace period of 10-15mins after 15mins there’s a $15 late fee added to your balance. After 20 mins your appointment is cancelled and you can book another one if you would like. No show/No call will not be able to book any future appointments. Hair must be detangled before you come to your appointment. There will be a $40 fee if I have to detangle your hair before it is shampooed.
